These Terms of Service apply to Story Uploader (the “App”), a personal tool operated by Christoph Ortenburg.
The App is a private, non-commercial tool used only by its operator. It uploads videos created by the operator to the operator’s own TikTok account as drafts and reads basic statistics (views, likes, comments, shares) of the operator’s own videos.
The App is not offered to the public. Only the operator uses it with his own TikTok account.
Use of the App is subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All content uploaded through the App is created by the operator and complies with these rules.
The App is provided “as is”, without any warranty. The operator is not liable for any damage resulting from its use.
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available at this address.
